  2. You complete a detailed Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q) which indicates your present suitability to undertake a fitness appraisal and a graduated exercise programme.
  3. Ongoing Health and Fitness Tests at regular intervals. The results identify any health conditions and establish a set of fitness baselines from which ongoing progress can be assessed.
