What’s Involved?
Consultation 1
This is an opportunity for you to meet the nutritionist who will explain what’s involved and discuss what you aim to achieve. At this point you will be given a food and activity diary to go away and complete.
Consultation 2
(Once your diary has been analysed).
A review of your nutritional intake will include finding the right balance for you from the essential food groups as well as breaking down your diet into nutrient categories and calculating the percentages you are currently consuming.
We identify the positive and negative aspects of your food intake, working together to establish a plan that is realistic and achievable. Timing of meals, hunger and energy levels will be discussed along with any questions you may have.
At the end of the consultation you will receive a full report with recommendations, new objectives and daily allowances specifically for you.
